Project Destiny 2009-2010

We won First Place!

Humble First Assembly Women's Ministries won first place but really others won even more than that.  We were able to give $18,000 for our Project Destiny pledge. Thank you all so much!  Ministries will be supported and lives will be touched because of the way our church family supported Women's Ministries and gave. Checks were given out at the Women's Ministries convention on March 7th to each ministry we have been working for this year....in Rural Appalachia, Argentina, Home of Hope, Missionaries Household Budgets, Acts of Grace, Girl's Ministries, and many more.  How fulfilling it is to be able to bless those ministries. 

Now we begin again...we start saving our change, supporting those Old Fashioned Sunday Dinners and raising our awareness of what we are supporting as the year goes along.  This year you can follow along as we keep you posted here on the blog of who what and where and also how much.  

Project Destiny...goes international this year of 2009-2010.
